Research Computing Resources

Welcome to the research computing accounts utility of the Bioinformatics Core in the UC Davis Genome Center. Here you can manage your account and some of your compute resources. Using this website, you can:

• Request a new account.
• Register mac addresses for network access.
• Approve requests for an account to be added to your lab.
• Review and accept policies for accessing the Research Computing network and servers.
• View a list of software packages available on the compute clusters.

If you are joining the Bioinformatics Core cluster or have recently become part of one of the associated groups, you probably want to request an account.

If you've lost your sponsor and your account has been locked, you may request a new sponsor.

If you need to have your lab added to the computing portal, please email "hpc-help@ucdavis.edu".
